Before you write
For common builder questions, the community forums are often faster. Another homelab builder may have already solved the same problem. You can also check the planning guides for CPU sizing, ZFS, and rack planning questions.
What to include in your message
Bug reports: Describe what you are seeing and the steps to reproduce it. Include your browser and any error messages.
Part database requests: Send the manufacturer name, model number, and a link to the product page.
Affiliate and partnership inquiries: Include your organization name and the nature of the inquiry.
Feature requests: Explain the use case and why it would help the homelab community.
